Raffaele's trademark clean and sun-infused cuisine radiates the culinary daring of Northern and Southern Italy. He has returned to Midtown with innovations and ideas which please, excite and impress the palette, such as scallops stuffed with smoked mozzarella and celery leaves, or duck breast with pureed fava beans and pistachio.

Raffaele's wine list contains rich Tuscan wines, Veneto, and crisp Californians.
